Our PVDF sheets are made from 100% virgin material or with optional filler additions, manufactured through extrusion or molding.
These sheets are available in a range of thicknesses, from 3mm to 50mm, with maximum widths of up to 1000mm and lengths reaching 3000mm.

Natural
- Made from 100% pure PVDF resin.
- High dielectric strength.

Glass Filled
- PVDF resin reinforced with glass fibers.
- Better dimensional stability.
- Enhanced resistance to wear and abrasion.
Carbon Filled
- PVDF resin combined with carbon black.
- High electrical conductivity.
- Improved thermal conductivity.

Extruded PVDF Sheet
Made by extruding molten PVDF resin through a die to form sheets of a desired thickness.
Extruded PVDF sheets have the following features:
- Continuous and uniform manufacturing.
- Smooth, glossy surface finish.
- Available in a thinner thicknesses.
- Good mechanical strength, high chemical resistance, and high-temperature tolerance.
- More cost-effective for large quantities.

Molded PVDF Sheet
Made through a molding process where PVDF is heated and injected into molds, then cooled to form sheets.
Molded PVDF sheets have the following features:
- High purity and exceptional chemical resistance.
- Typically available in thicker sheets compared to extruded variants, with the ability to produce very thick sheets.
- Offers more flexibility in creating custom sizes and designs.
- Higher strength and better performance in high-stress applications.
- More expensive than extruded.
