Our PTFE sheets are produced using skived and molded manufacturing methods, with a thickness range of ultra-thin 0.5mm to thick 300mm, and come in standard white, black, brown and custom colors.
For enhanced functionality, we provide adhesive-backed, etched, and coated surface treatments, allowing easy bonding and improved performance in demanding applications.

Virgin PTFE Sheet
- Made from pure, unmodified PTFE resin.
- Provides excellent chemical resistance, high temperature stability, non-stick and electrical insulating properties.
- Ideal for applications that require the highest purity and performance.

Filled PTFE Sheet
- Infused with fillers such as glass, carbon, graphite, or bronze.
- Improves mechanical strength, wear resistance, and dimensional stability.
- Offers improved dimensional stability and resistance to thermal expansion.

Expanded PTFE Sheet
- Made from PTFE that is expanded to form a flexible, soft, and porous structure.
- Excellent compressibility and conformability for superior sealing performance.
- Ideal for gasketing and sealing applications requiring flexibility and compressibility.
PTFE Sheet Manufacturing Methods

1. Skived PTFE Sheet
- Produced by skiving, a process where solid PTFE is mechanically sliced into thin sheets.
- Available in thin, precise thicknesses.
- Smooth finish, consistent thickness, high dimensional accuracy.
Our skived PTFE sheets are available in the thickness of 0.5mm to 6.0mm, and the size (width*length) of 600*600mm to 1500*1500mm.

2. Molded PTFE Sheet
- Made by compressing PTFE powder and then heating it to form solid sheets.
- Available in thicker gauges compared to skived PTFE sheets.
- Higher strength and mechanical properties, thicker gauges suitable for heavy-duty applications.
Our molded PTFE sheets are available in the thickness of 4mm to 100mm (the max. thickness can be up to 300mm), and the size (width*length) of 600*600mm to 1500*1500mm and 1000*2000mm.

Filled PTFE Sheet

Glass Filled
- 5% to 40% glass fiber.
- Improved wear resistance, reduced deformation, enhanced compressive strength.
- Used in high-load bearing and high-wear applications such as seals, bearings, and gaskets.

Carbon Filled
- 10% to 25% carbon powder or fiber.
- Enhanced electrical conductivity, improved wear resistance, chemical resistance and low friction properties.
- Used in electrical components, seals, and bearings requiring anti-static or conductive properties.

Bronze Filled
- 40% to 60% bronze powder.
- Increased wear resistance, enhanced thermal conductivity, and improved load-bearing capacity.
- Used in heavy-duty applications like bushings, bearings, and slides where metal-to-metal contact occurs.

Adhesive Backing
- With a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer applied to one side.
